Plot Summary
Tale of the Nine Tailed the drama opens with the introduction of Lee Yeon, a nine-tailed fox who has been living in the human world for hundreds of years. He works as a television producer and uses his supernatural abilities to solve cases that involve supernatural creatures.
One day, he meets a human woman named Nam Ji-ah, who works as a producer at the same TV station. They are initially at odds with each other, but as they work together on a case, they begin to develop feelings for each other.
As the story progresses, we learn more about Lee Yeon's past and the reason why he has been living in the human world for so long. We discover that he was once deeply in love with a human woman named Ah-eum, but their love was forbidden by the gods.
